By accessing or using the Services—including but not limited to joining the DreamPlayz Discord server, logging into the DreamPlayz Minecraft server, or making a purchase—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing or using the Services.

User Conduct and Rules

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any rules of the Discord server or Minecraft server (e.g., no griefing, cheating, hacking, spamming, or harassment).
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Services.

We reserve the right to immediately and permanently ban or suspend your access to the Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including your breach of these Terms.

Server Rules

• Be respectful to all players and staff members.
• No griefing or stealing in claimed lands.
• No hacking, cheating, or using unfair modifications (X-Ray, KillAura, etc.).
• Do not spam the chat or advertise other servers.
• Keep the chat appropriate (No excessive swearing, hate speech, or NSFW content).
• Report bugs immediately; do not exploit them.
• Staff decisions are final. Appeal bans via the ticket system.

Purchases and Refund Policy

You may have the opportunity to purchase digital items, ranks, or other in-game perks ("Digital Goods") related to our Services.

All sales are final. We do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges for any Digital Goods purchased through our Services.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any attempt to "charge back" or dispute a payment made to us will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all DreamPlayz Services.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied.

In no event shall DreamPlayz or its owners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, in-game items, or goodwill) arising from your use of the Services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the new Terms in an accessible location. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
